  12. It does work!!! contrary to my previous post, I have gotten quicken to 
  13. work under the emulator.  The install program did not work correctly, but 
  14. If I install it onto my dos partition (using DOS) then access the dos partition
  15. directly under the emulator (i.e. as per the README in 0.4) it comes up.

  17. However, there is one slight problem... hum... ok well, 2 slight problems.
  18. 1.  I am assuming that the dos emulator does not do anything with the 8th bit
  19.     of the ascii code.  I.e. quicken uses some IBM graphics characters but 
  20.     they do not translate well to the character set that is used in the 
  21.     emulator.  Is there any way to change that?

  23. 2.  If I run quicken under dos.  the drive that it is on is C: if I run it
  24.     under the emulator, the drive becomes D:  is there any way that I can set 
  25.     this up to be the same under both OS's?

  27. Kudo's to the dosemu people (or person)  Now I have no reason to boot DOS...
