- Thank you! (And thanks to Linus and all the other world class programmers out there
- who made this the ultra cool system it is! Wow, what a great system. You guys could
- teach sun/hp/microsoft/etc some lessons!)

- After changing my mouse to com2 as suggested above, I get the color x screen and
- a clock and a bash window :^) But, my mouse doesn't seem to work right :^(
- When I move the mouse, I sporadically get the cursor to move. I have a logitech+
- version 2.12 mouse. In my Xconfig file I've set the baud rate to 9600 and the
- sample rate to 150. I've tried the mouse program in the tst directory of
- /usr/X386 with roughly the same results. So now what? I'm stuck again.

- BTW, I remember reading that if you selected a com port for which the hardware
- didn't exist, you would lock up the machine. I also figured out that com1 was
- /dev/ttys0. Then I set the config file to (the nonexistant) COM3. Sheesh. I
- really am a cone head.
