- I also am a 1742 EISA SCSI user that is having the same problems
- with the fdisk command as others with the latest SLS release.
- I am in ENHANCED MODE.
-
- fdisk /dev/hda
- unable to read hda <--- + tried all permutations hda1..
- fdisk /dev/sda
- unable to open sda " " " sda1..
-
- I have noticed that during the a1 boot phase, I get:
- scsi : 0 hosts.
- scsi : detected 0 SCSI disks
-
- Of course, fdisk is being executed in a2 utility phase
- as per SLS instructions. No combinations work.
-
- Eric et. al. any advice ? other than `fdisk /dev/sda'
