  15. I'm trying to get the smail 3.1 package running. It came with the SLS 0.99
  16. version. I want to get smtp mail working. I've included the smtpd entry
  17. into the /etc/inet/inetd.conf and I can receive mail via smtp fine. However,
  18. I am unable to send mail out via smtp. I set up a routers file with the
  19. entries;

  21. smart_host:    driver = smarthost, transport = smtp
  22.  
  23. In my config file, I have;

  25. smart_path = my_smart_host
  26. smart_transport = smtp
  27.  
  28. All I ever get is failed mail saying I haven't defined  smart host. And then
  29. when I invoke smail directly, it bombs out saying that it cannot find
  30. the smtp driver. Please help!
