  15. I just compiled the .99p1 kernel and installed it on the hard disk. 
  16. I am booting with LILO-0.7.
  17. Right at bootup I get a message saying

  20. Wild interrupt? (IRQ 1)
  21. ttys0 at 0x03f8 (irq = 4) is a 16450
  22. ttys1 at 0x02f8 (irq = 3) is a 16450
  23. ...

  25. As a result of this, the mouse attached to /dev/ttys0 isn't handled properly.
  26. However, it works just fine with the boot floppy (.98p5) made by the SLS 
  27. installation procedure; this one also doesn't report the "Wild interrupt".

  29. Is there a bug in .99p1 or am I doing something wrong when I compile the kernel?
