- Actually, I don't want to condemn that bbs package, as I haven't used it,
- but quite frankly, even the BULK of it scares me. I downloaded it(which
- like took me HOURS to do) and suddenly found out(duhhh-how stupid I am)
- that 2-4 of the tar'd files were > 1.44mb and thusly, I couldn't
- rawrite them..as I said before I thik.. 8)
-
- Hmm <right now, I've got this beaming smile, as I've got minicomm>
- running on my testing system. One question: Is it possible to actually,
- download(with sz/rz) a file in my temporary directory(miscel), called
- admutil.1-09.tar.Z (made up file name..) and can actually download
- properly and I can also uncompress and untar? <I know my phrasing
- stinks.. I'm a tad bit sleepy..please forgive me...>

-
- Actually, I d/led it and had some problems compiling. One thing for
- certain is that I still don't have TCPIP working, whatever the hell
- it is..:).. funny thing though. If I know that it doesn't work, I
- should know what TCPIP is for, but since I said I didn't know what
- it is, then I'm not really sure if I DO have it working or not.. ughh
- Any possible helpful pointers? Any appreciated......or even detailed
- help appreciated, that is, if you have time...

- Awesome... cann't wait.. and how 'bout the mailer though? I still
- need a frontend mailer to talk to my echohosts for my miscellaneous
- networks that I've joined...

-
- Goodness knows....... but while I'm at it, is the major/minor number
- the number of the devices?
-
-
- Thanks for the help...
