  25.       there are many ways,
  26.       the easiest one is go to the menu(type menu), follow the install other 
  27.       software(package). In .98pl5 this method and use "sysinstall -series t"
  28.       will have some error(I don't know the other person encounter some problem
  29.       or not). The linux will prompt
  30.   "Insert disk t into the floppy disk, if ready hit enter or q to quit"
  31.      something like this. But the problem is linux seems can't find my
  32.      floppy disk. So the message is prompted out three,and finally give up.

  49. THANKS ALL OF YOU THAT HELP ME SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS.

  51.     When I install .99 (I reinstall the whole system again.) I encounter
  52. some problem again. At first when I type "doinstall /dev/sda" the linux
  53. keep prompt the meaasge I mention above. It seems the it can't find fd0
  54. but If I didn't do mkfs /dev/sda XXXX and doinstall directly it works.

  56.     Second after I successfully install the system (a,b,c,x_ and make the 
  57. boot floppy,the screen is like out of balance in the H frequency. Can't 
  58. see a thing, I find the answer in the group.

  60.     And now I have another question that I can't solve.
  61. I want to use the dos floppy to install another utility that is not 
  62. include in the SLS set(like pcomm). But I can't not mdir my floppy.
