  15. I finaly installed a complete Linux-system and now I want to do some
  16. (La)TeX-stuff. It works very fine, but when I try to compile a german-text
  17. no hyphenation will be done. So I built a new format file using the
  18. german hypenation called ghypen which is included in my lplain.tex.
  19. The initex lplain.tex produced  a new lplain.fmt. No errors were 
  20. reported. But what a suprise, when I use that format no hypenation
  21. seems to be possible. I'm no TeXpert but under DOS all went fine 
  22. (slower of course!).

  24. Does anybody  know, what I have to do to use german hyphenation rules in LaTeX?
