  22. As a newbie myself I can't really offer you too much help, but...

  24. As the root account you can try to chmod g++ to be readable by o)thers.
  25. I had exactly the same problem with gcc/g++ - could run one but not the other,
  26. until I set the read permissions.

  28. Hope it works. I'm still trying to figure out how ti get mail to work with
  29. seg faults for a non-root account! without getting a new news program that is.
