  17. Yes, you're lucky (I think so)! Try 'TERM=xterm xterm &' - if that
  18. works, remove the 'TERM=<something>' line(s) from your ~/.bashrc and
  19. ~/.bash_profile (or .tcshrc or whatever) file(s).
