- Do you need this info for fdisk? If so, and you know the capacity of
- the drive, you can `fake' it. As I understand it, linux does not use
- the drive geometry. It just puts it in the partition table to keep
- DOS happy. When linux talks to the SCSI controller, it talks in
- terms of blocks, and lets the controller/disk (?) translate to
- cylinder/sector/head.

- So....if you set heads=64, sectors=32 and cylinders=<capacity of
- drive in Mb> everything should work ok. i.e. with 64 heads and
- 32 sectors, each cylinder is 1Mb.
