  13. I looking into buying a 486 dx2/66 for linux and ms-dos.  I've seen
  14. systems with an EISA bus and one or two VESA local bus slots (yes,
  15. both).  Does linux work with EISA and local bus?  If not, will EISA and
  16. local bus be supported in the future?
  17.  
  18. Assuming linux will work with local bus and eisa, should I put the hard
  19. drive controller on an EISA or local bus slot?  And it's best to put the
  20. video card the the VESA local bus slot, right?
