  26. Be carefully with the usenet user. This account is for administration of
  27. the news system, so it's in the same group as the news user. You can modify
  28. the news system files with this user, or run "rnews -U" or "wnbill" manually,
  29. things which user joe shouldn't can do. But it's not a good idea to copy
  30. files or create new directorys under /usr/spool/news with that user, because
  31. now usenet is the owner of this files/directorys. All files under /usr/lib/news
  32. and /usr/spool/news must be owned by the user news, not usenet! Alternative
  33. you could give the news user a valid password and do the administration of
  34. the news system with that user, but remember: mails about control messages
  35. goes to user usenet.
