- Be carefully with the usenet user. This account is for administration of
- the news system, so it's in the same group as the news user. You can modify
- the news system files with this user, or run "rnews -U" or "wnbill" manually,
- things which user joe shouldn't can do. But it's not a good idea to copy
- files or create new directorys under /usr/spool/news with that user, because
- now usenet is the owner of this files/directorys. All files under /usr/lib/news
- and /usr/spool/news must be owned by the user news, not usenet! Alternative
- you could give the news user a valid password and do the administration of
- the news system with that user, but remember: mails about control messages
- goes to user usenet.
