  16. Even on my 386-40, the time between the beep and the boot selection was too 
  17. fast for me.  I have found, however, that I can press a key after the memory 
  18. check but during the disk tests (2 floppy drives gives me more than enough time
  19. to hit '4') and it will be taken.
