- You'd better make that FIFO *really* big.

- I have an Intel SatisFAXtion/400. When working as a modem, it acts like
- a 16450 except that it has an approx. 64K byte input buffer. I still
- can't uucp without lost data. There's something much more seriously
- wrong than just long interrupt latencies; you're not going to overflow a
- 64K buffer without working at it pretty hard.
