  63. This international workshop follows the highly successful workshops
  64. on "Distributed Systems: Operations & Management" held in Berlin,
  65. Santa Barbara and Munich in previous years.  As at these workshops,
  66. the New Jersey workshop is part of a collaborative effort by IFIP
  67. WG 6.6 and IEEE CNOM fostering cooperation among people actively
  68. working in this area. To encourage discussion, attendance will be
  69. limited to about 60 participants. Selection of participants will be
  70. based, primarily, on submitted and accepted contributions.
  71. Selections of contributions will be based on reviews of the paper
  72. summaries submitted.

  76. The workshop will be held at the Ocean Place Hilton, Long Branch,
  77. New Jersey, on October 5-6, 1993.  On October 7 the Program
  78. Committee meeting of the IEEE/IFIP 1994 Network Operations and
  79. Management Symposium, NOMS '94, will be held at the same site.
