  12. Can anyone offer organizational plans or policy that they use to
  13. amortize their workstations, PC's terminals (eg. workstation Y
  14. will be sold for scrap or valueless in 4.1 years).  Something
  15. that would help to define the cost of a workstation per year for
  16. budgetary purposes.

  18. Any references to recent (1-2 years) journal articles would also be
  19. appreciated.
