- One of the modems is using XON/XOFF flow control when you do your
- transfers, and that's causing trouble when you transfer compressed
- files (news) or large files.

- Why doesn't it happen when the other sites do the transfer?
- Because the modem configuration is different.

- You're probably not using the modem's UUCP support when you have the
- SS2 call the SS-IPX. Remember that the T3000 can do UUCP protocol
- support only when you make an MNP connection, not a V.42 connection.
- See Page 1-5 of the T3000 Reference Manual that came with the T3000
- and the WorldBlazer. Have the SS2's dialer script set S180=3 when
- it calls the SS-IPX.
