- to any path name that does not start with either a '/' or a '~'.

- You didn't say which version of UUCP you were running, but the first
- thing to try is the -W flag which means to not prepend the directory.
- However, I believe that very few UUCP packages support -W (the only
- ones that I know for sure support it are Taylor UUCP and Ultrix UUCP)
