  13. I'm a computer technician for a technology licensing office, and my employer 
  14. wants to do something, that I'm not sure how to do. So if someone could help
  15. or give me some ideas I'd really appreciate it.  His clients want to E-mail
  16. requests for documents and have the requests serviced by a computer and sent
  17. back via E-mail.  I know that it's possible, but I'm not sure of the 
  18. requirements for doing this.  What are the procedures and software required?
