- One of the most frustrating and potentially powerful tools we have
- at our disposal is electronic mail. We have all heard complaints from
- both sides. I get too much mail, I can't deal with it. I send
- mail and NEVER get a response or I have to send a number of follow-up items
- to elicit a response. Office A claims office B isn't responsive to their
- mail and B claims A isn't either.

- This problem has to be addressed or it will only get worse. I have been
- an electronic mail user for over 15 years. I have always been responsive
- to my mail contacts.

- I would like to create some sort of plan for our management on how to get
- people to be more responsive to mail and how "not" to go crazy with too much
- mail.

- Anyone with comments, experiences, dreams or ??? please send me email. I am
- sure my company is not the only organization having problems with this
- technology.
