- first find a machine (or a network) where both of you have access
- (at a reasonable price). And if you plan to get one one machine which is on

- dont do V23) plus an emulation programm for you computer.
- There does not yet seem to be a publicly accessible service allowing
- to access the Internet. Except by a personnal arrangement with an
- organization already connected that would allow you to use their
