  30. Teletel you need either a minitel or a modem (remember most american modems
  31. dont do V23) plus an emulation programm for you computer.
  32. There does not yet seem to be a publicly accessible service allowing
  33. to access the Internet. Except by a personnal arrangement with an
  34. organization already connected that would allow you to use their
  35. ressources, you might want to consider an "email-only" solution.
