- As of today I'm having no problem establishing an SMTP connection to
- ia-ngnet.army.mil. Your problem may have disappeared by now. If not,
- send me an actual copy of a bounce message which I can forward to them.

- As for addressing, I'd suggest trying both user%f20@ia-ngnet.army.mil
- and f20!user@ia-ngnet.army.mil for the first attempt. Maybe the
- gateway knows best how to route it. If that fails, I guess another
- query to the postmaster would be in order.
