  24. I'm a little surprised to find New Zealand mentioned here as being on
  25. the periphery of the Internet connected via store and forward
  26. connections. I would have though that a round trip ping time of 800 ms
  27. to mailhub.yorku.ca given that one of the hops in the link is a
  28. trans-Pacific satellite connection makes us as well connected as many
  29. other non US or CA sites. That satellite link goes straight into FIX
  30. West by the way.
