  12. Dear Test Netters,   
  13. I would like to know  if there is  an I.C with termination resistors mount or built-in, which is an  IEEE 1149.1 compatible including the Boundary Scan and TAP controller. The termination is for 100K ECL levels 50 Ohm parallel termination. this I.C should support at least the EXTEST instruction.

  15. Please let me know if  you have any knowledge about such a commercial I.C, 
  16. or about in-house I.C which can be offered to ACRI.
