  21. Your suggestion for a default is admirable, however not everyone utilizes
  22. the GNU compiler.  I would have to agree with Larry Virden, use $(TCL_INCLUDE)
  23. and set it to NULL toward the beginning of the makefile.  This will allow
  24. each site to place these files in locations which are well suited to them.
