- I have a printer that is refusing serverdict commands,
- %%[Error:PasswordIncorrect; OffendingCommand: exitserver ]%%
-
- I read this as somehow a password got set.
- After reading the printer manuals, I have found out the
- password is stored in NVM.
-
- Is there any way to reset the password via PostScript?
- Is there a way to do it physically (a switch)?
-
- The printer is a TI OmniLaser 2115, and the serverdict
- worked before this week..
-
- Please send replies via e-mail and I will post a summary.
-
- Thanks.
