- The equivalent under DOS drivers is DEVICE=EMM386.sys ....which also
- causes strange bugs while debugging.

- The answer is simple: configure QEMM to forbid from loading it's
- equilvalent to EMM386.sys.

- I'm no expert, but by definition, a protected mode app definitely isn't
- interested in expanded memory, EXCEPT to know whether it exists, where it
- is, whether the app setting it up and using it is well behaved and playing
- by the rules. I believe (and am willing to be contradicted by a more
- knowledgable person) that if the EXPANDED memory driver does not watch it's
- P's and Q's, it will destroy other residents of extended memory.
