  12. Hi,
  13.    my name is Jack Nowinski. I have a VGA to NTSC converter. I am
  14. trying to write my own TSR program in TP 6 to work with the
  15. external box. I am not used to programming in this field so if
  16. someone who knows something about this could write.

  18. I want my program to convert from VGA to NTSC.
  19. I would also like it to overscan the graphics screen vertically
  20. and horizontally so when I record it, it will be full screen on
  21. TV.
