  11. One quibble about MacMETH, which I guess couldn't be easily avoided.
  12. It comes with a very nice manual of over 100 pages, complete with
  13. good, useful index. The only trouble is that it was created with
  14. Word, and the page setup was set for A4 European paper, which is
  15. somewhat longer than American 8.5x11" stuff. Printing it out as is
  16. results in the page numbers being chopped off the tops of the pages,
  17. and the printing very close to the top edge of the page, so it looks
  18. rather unesthetic.

  20. Of course, one can change the page setup to US paper, but unfortunately
  21. this ruins the page numbering, so the TOC and index don't match the
  22. actual pages. Oh well...maybe some kind soul at ETHZ will fix this,
  23. so that the North Americans can get a more usable and pretty manual :-)
