  23. 1. There is a public domain program called INDEX in the DECUS listings. 
  24. This is mostly written in Vax Macro and produces output suitable for a line
  25. printer...doesn't look too nice off a laser printer.

  27. 2. There is also a German company (GPP mbH) which distributes a program which
  28. produces much nicer looking flow charts. However, there is a license fee
  29. involved ...

  31. Index is well documented and if you read/write Vax MACRO, it might not
  32. be too difficult to convert it to produce PostScript output.
