  12. I'm looking for a package (probably fortran) called "matrix x".
  13. It is used for control system design.

  15. Does anyone know who the vendor of this package (or similar packages)
  16. is?  I think it used to be a firm in Palo ALto, called Industrial 
  17. Systems???  but this is somewhat dated information.
