  21. Not quite. X3 assigned X3.9-1978 "archival" status; by which they mean
  22. that new projects to extend or augment it will be denied. X3H5, for
  23. example, requested project ids for bindings to both, and were
  24. permitted one for X3.9-198-1992 *only*.
