  11. This is really tedious. If you don't like the ANSI process, go your own way.
  12. Also most of us would never mistake Kelly and Spies book for some of the
  13. other offerings. It is impossible for short succinct titles not to step on
  14. one anothers' toes in some respect: consider Toppen's book "Forth" (Byte
  15. Books). Guess he should have froze the whole title game for anyone using the
  16. word "Forth" in their title.
