- This is really tedious. If you don't like the ANSI process, go your own way.
- Also most of us would never mistake Kelly and Spies book for some of the
- other offerings. It is impossible for short succinct titles not to step on
- one anothers' toes in some respect: consider Toppen's book "Forth" (Byte
- Books). Guess he should have froze the whole title game for anyone using the
- word "Forth" in their title.
