  18. It's in the libg++ distribution, which you can probably get from
  19. the same place you got gcc/g++ from.  I also suggest that you get
  20. 2.3.3; it has many bug fixes (2.3.1 was a botch, which is why there
  21. have been all these triple-number releases).
