  14. 1) Does your posting pertain generally to the C++ programming language
  15. and/or programming community?

  17. 2) Does your posting make a positive contribution to the community of
  18. C++ programmers who try to read these postings?

  20. My concern is that we seem to be straying off-track, both away from
  21. C++, and also towards negative postings.
