  12. Who is in charge of the way these postings are assembled into the
  13. digest format?  The constant repetition is getting very annoying to
  14. those of us who read the INFO-Ada digest.  For example, postings 
  15. from 12 Dec appear in 9 of the recent digests, and from 3 Dec in no
  16. less than 20!  If there is anything more boring than a flame war, its
  17. the same flames repeated 10 times - complete with the same typos!
