  12. The ever popular AVS modules based on the San Diego Supercomputing
  13. Center's image conversion tools, and converted into AVS by Terry Myerson,
  14. are now available on the HP platform!  With SDSC's latest release of 
  15. the tools, they have released an HP port.
  16.  
  17. Two of the approximately 60 AVS modules based on the SDSC tools are
  18. READ_ANY_IMAGE and WRITE_ANY_IMAGE.  These are in the top 3 most 
  19. frequently downloaded modules on the ftp site.  Because they are so
  20. popular, executable versions as well as source code are provided for
  21. your use.
