  13.    my name is Jack Nowinski. I have a external VGA to NTSC
  14. converter. But the software I have does not have what I want.

  17. I am looking for software that has the bottom requirements.

  19.        * The software must convert VGA to NTSC
  20.        * The software must have an overscan utility so I can      
  21.          stretch the VGA screen horizontally and vertically.
