  10. I need a little help? I have just received a couple of
  11. uuencoded GIF files. I have uudecoded them and they are
  12. now .gif files. My question is this. Since I am on a 
  13. SUN SPARC, how can I display them on my SUN? If I can't,
  14. then what do I need to do to transfer them to my PC
  15. where I do have a GIF displayer?

  17. Also, what is a JPEG 
  18. and how does it differ from GIF?
