  20. Presumably you are only interested in scalable outline fonts.
  21. There are several choices, depending on what you are using to typeset.
  22. If you are using some WYSIWYG program then preety much any font set with
  23. math symbols may do the job, including

  25.     Adobe Math Pi 1 - 6

  27. available from Adobe, obviously. There is also UniversalGreekPi and
  28. the old Adobe LucidaMath fonts.

  30. If you are using TeX, then the choices are more restricted, since a TeX
  31. `math font' is much more than a mere collection of interesting glyphs.
  32. Right now the choices for TeX usable fonts in ATM compatible Adobe Type
  33. 1 format are:

  35.     Lucida Bright + Lucida New Math font set
  36.  
  37.     BSR (Blue Sky Research) Computer Modern font set
  38.  
  39.     AMS (American Mathematical Society) font set
  40.  
  41.     LaTeX + SliTeX + Logo font set

  43. These are all available in fully hinted ATM compatible Adobe Type 1 form
  44. from Y&Y, complete with what is needed to use them in TeX.

  46. If you don`t need display on screen using ATM, then there is also

  52. There isn't really anything in TrueType form yet.  The Lucida Bright Math
  53. fonts from MicroSoft have a lot of interesting characters. But unfortunately
  54. they are not usable with TeX. Just for a start, to get calligraphic `A' you
  55. need to type lower case `d', and the larger delimiters are scaled to half
  56. size and so on.
