- I haven't seen any problems where characters are ignored or doubled, but
- I have had a lot of problems where DEMACS hangs, presumably because its
- 32-bit DOS extender is incompatible with other ones, like the one provided
- with Turbo C++ V3.0. I've also had problems with Tiara's 10-Net networking
- software, because their software messes up the console driver so that opening
- the console in raw mode doesn't work. It causes control-S to be interpreted
- as a pause key - most inconvenient for searching and saving. I have found
- it to be mostly usable, but sometimes it seems to require rebooting whenever
- switching from specific applications back to editing.
