- If you have the "copyline" feature or equivalent (mine is with HP's
- Xwindows and hpterm) you can simulate this behavior. This feature copies
- from the mouse position to the end of line, including the <lf> and pastes
- this buffer. In command mode,

- 1. type "/" (for search)
- 2. position the mouse and press "copyline" (on my system
- it's mapped to the right mouse button)

- A windows-based cut/paste functionality could be used also, but likely adds
- up to more than 1 key and 1 boink.
