  10. While working with a collegue who uses an SGI Iris, I came across a mouse-
  11. aware editor called zip. You could select, cut & paste using the mouse. You
  12. can move through the file using the scrollbar and file markers appear there
  13. too. The last really nice feature was a history of files edited, so
  14. re-editing a file was point-and-click.

  16. Now I use vi, I'm happy with vi, I don't have three hands all with eight
  17. fingers, so don't suggest Esc-Meta-Control-Alt-Shift. Anyone know of an 
  18. editor like the above zip for X. It doesn't have to be vi-like, I'm not that
  19. religious, I just want to edit lots of files repeatedly, simply and quickly.
