  11. I need a ANSI C or FORTRAN 77 advanced math and/or signal processing software 
  12. library with source code. I specifically need the real Fast Fourier Transform analysis, 
  13. statistical analysis, and complex math (C) part of the library(ies). The purpose is to use 
  14. it in Intel's RMX part of the DOS/RMX API with Intel's compilers.
