- All I can remember was arriving in SoCal at around 7PM and turning on
- the TV and seeing scene after scene of Bay Area destruction. And when
- I found out the those scenes were 50 miles from the epicenter (and my
- own home was ten miles out) I got very worried. Not being able to get
- through to neighbors was the most distressing thing to happen to me
- all that week :-) And I also remember that getting through to a
- neighbor (using Sprint) was a great relief.
-
- BTW, some AT&T tech called yesterday to tell me that the blocking that
- I experienced on Christmas Day was the result of my local telco, not
- AT&T. Yeah, right. And just whose recording is "408-2T"?
