  15. It is my understanding that the legislature is going to attempt to
  16. pass a bill that would override the PUC ruling, but then those are the
  17. same people that could not pass a budget. Maybe the companies should
  18. take the PUC to court or do like Texas did a while back, cut the
  19. funding so they could not do anything.
