  15. Under a new law that just passed in Texas, consumers are allowed to
  16. collect up to $1500 in fines agains any company who initaites a phone
  17. call with a non-human and can be identified (and who does not have
  18. prior permission to contact you).  Pollsters and non-profit groups are
  19. exempt.  Now if we just had CallerID we could all get rich!!
