  27. This is not correct.  The internal boca doesn't have ANY UART installed.
  28. It EMULATES only the 16450.  I have one and it can't reliably transfer
  29. at 14.4k in Windows 3.1 if you try to do anything else while the
  30. transfer is occuring.
