- The BOCA has a 16550 installed on the internal version.

- It's a quirky modem based on the Rockwell chipset. Try to purchase
- one with ROM version 1.27 ( or contact BOCA for a freebie upgrade)

- It works well with most comm programs, but is flaky with certain
- fax programs, (namely ECLIPSE FAX), and won't connect to certain
- v.32 modems (mainly older ZOOM's)
